Note: In the minutes of the Investor Roundtable Meeting, Box 1,
which presents the main findings of the EFSE study on
over-indebtedness in Bosnia, should have the following corrected
sentence for the third bullet point: 17% of clients are
over-indebted (debt service to income more than 100%) and 11% are
seriously at risk of becoming over-indebted (debt service to income
between 75% and 100%).

Event Schedule

SPTF Activities:
~Introductory Workshop on Social Performance Initiatives,
Indicators and Tools - This daylong workshop has been designed for
people who are new to social performance and the SPTF. Workshop
sessions will provide an overview of the SPTF common framework,
social performance indicators, a variety of social performance
assessment tools, and an explanation of how various social
performance initiatives come together. All newcomers to social
performance are strongly encouraged to attend this workshop so that
they may understand and participate fully in the SPTF plenary
meetings. The rest of the week’s events are being designed assuming
a basic familiarity with the subject matter.

only)
~Smart Campaign Meeting (all-day meeting, invitation only)
~Rating Initiative Meeting (evening meeting, invitation
only)
June 29
SPTF Activities:
~Global, Regional and National Networks meeting – In this daylong
event, members of the Networks working group will meet to share
experiences and concerns, give updates on progress made towards
last year’s objectives, and determine which key issues should
inform the plenary meetings. This meeting is intended for network
participants.
~Social Performance Management (SPM) meeting – In this daylong
workshop, members of the SPM working group will share the latest
news on SP tools, monitoring, reporting, practices and training
opportunities. Workshop presenters will share detailed case studies
illustrating the latest knowledge and best practices. This meeting
is intended for MFI participants and working group members.
~Investor Roundtable– In this daylong event, members of the
Investors working group and other invited investors will discuss
updates from the different sub-working groups on client protection
issues, social performance core indicators, and ESG for MIVs. In
addition, an invited speaker will provide a perspective from the
broader SRI community or GIIN. (all-day meeting, invitation
only)
~Other working group meetings – members of the remaining 5 SPTF
working groups will to discuss important matters related to their
topic areas. These working group meetings are open to
participants.

~SPTF Steering Committee Meeting (evening meeting, invitation
only)
June 30-July 1
SPTF Activities:
~SPTF Plenary Meetings – During this two-day meeting, each working
group will give an update on its work during the previous year, as
well as the challenges and opportunities of the coming year.
Additional sessions will address the most important themes as voted
by SPTF members. Sessions are being designed to allow for ample
interaction between presenters and participants. The final portion
of the meeting will focus on determining SPTF priorities for the
coming year. This meeting is open to all participants.

SPTF Activities:
~Global, Regional and National Networks meeting – In this daylong
event, members of the Networks working group will meet to determine
their priorities for coming year based on SPTF meeting.
