Our objective is to collect as much information on SPM-related policies as possible, so that we can use it to extract emerging best practices and design generic templates for others to use. Ultimately we are hoping to integrate these templates into the online version of the SPM Practice Guide, which will be available to benefit you and others on the quest to fully integrate SPM into all your microfinance operations. Furthermore, participation in the research will offer you and your institution to continue to demonstrate your commitment to excellent social performance management.

The Social Performance Indicators Blog aims to serve as a platform for learning and exchange on topics related to social performance in microfinance.
